Our team at DXU grew frustrated with the limits and inefficiencies that come with many contemporary DXPs, from headache-inducing software integration to limited rewards programs. That’s why we’ve worked tirelessly to fulfill our mission of providing the best experience for every client, customer, and business we serve. Since our founding, DXU has remained committed to understanding and solving every one of your DX challenges by creating a composable platform that’s tailored to serve you at every stage of your digital journey.

How it all started

This isn’t our first day in the cloud. Our team boasts over 15 years of experience in digital software and eCommerce, as is evident by our work with top-tier retailers, telecoms, and financial services customers. We’ve transformed the digital lives of both large and small businesses, and we know what you need to take your business’s digital presence to the next level.

From our work, we noticed that something was missing from contemporary DX platforms, so we sought to offer a composable digital experience that our clients had complete control over, which then became DX United as you know it today.

What we do

When we began DXU, our goal was to craft a composable DXP that served as an all-in-one management system for our clients, one that would allow them to build the websites, mobile apps, and digital experiences of their dreams using the software and tools they’re familiar with.

But we knew we could aim higher. That’s why our team also added features that allow our clients to create and manage personalised loyalty programs at a low cost, forming lifelong and meaningful relationships with their customers.
